Family & Couples Therapy
We work with you to bring more peace to your household. With support from a licensed clinician, you can learn skills and work through concerns to help you communicate more effectively, manage family or marital challenges, and strengthen relationships.
SPACE Parent Coaching
Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions (SPACE) and is a parent-based treatment program for children and adolescents with anxiety, OCD, and related problems. When SPACE treatment is successful children feel less anxious and function better following treatment.
Individual Therapy for Adults
For concerns such as: managing stress, life transitions, work/life balance, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, ADHD/ADD and relationship challenges and parenting support.
Our clinicians also support the Senior (60+) population.
Therapy for Teens and Tweens
