PROFESSIONAL TRAINING
AND PRESENTATIONS

In addition to our work with families and individuals, PRN Counseling offers staff trainings and presentations for workplaces and professional organizations. We speak on burnout and stress management, helping teams recognize the early signs of overwhelm and build sustainable habits before it affects performance or morale.

Additional topics include managing anxiety and perfectionism at work, navigating change and uncertainty, communication and conflict skills for teams, and supporting employees through major life transitions. Sessions are tailored to your organization's needs and can be delivered virtually or in person for groups of any size — a practical, engaging way to invest in your team's wellbeing and resilience.

Looking for a presentation for a school, parent group, Parent Teacher Organization (PTA) or Parent-Teacher Association (PTA)?

Pamela R. Newman, LCSW-C is a certified GoZen! Trainer!
