This in-person, three-hour workshop event will help you to experience
more ease, calm, and relief from stress.
You will walk away with a workbook with tangible exercises to take with you and use daily.

About us: We are two licensed Clinical Social Workers and moms who have been friends for 20+ years!
(we met in Graduate School!)
We bring our years of experience from our Clinical practices, training, and personal relationships
with parenting to inform this program.
Our goal is to work with moms to help them feel more seen, understood, manage stress more effectively and develop tools to support every day life and experience more joy together!
